The desert series comes from my early years
of wanderlust with a 4X5 film camera. The images in this stock
photography catalog of the Southwestern desert regions of
the USA are mostly from Joshua Tree National Park. There a
few from Baja, Mexico, Death Valley National Park, and Anza
Borrego National Monument in Southern California.
Spring and fall are my favorite seasons for photographing
the desert. Many of the fine art stock photographs in this
gallery are part of collections, and published as greeting
cards, posters, and editorial content.
Every year in April I participate in a group art show through
the Joshua Tree National Arts Commission. If you are in Southern
California this time of year (mid April) make your way to
Joshua Tree and stop by the show. |
