Legal Eagle works with pre-qualified attorneys looking to expand
business and clientele referred from our service. You are not required
to follow our fee schedules. To become an attorney and receive free
referrals, complete the Attorney Agreement found under the link

a Legal Eagle Attorney and submit the necessary materials to
our offices through US mail or fax. Upon joining, you will receive
a comprehensive participation package.
Being a part of Legal Eagle frequently brings profitable, long-term
lawyer/client relationships and full fee business. Further details

Enrollment Form permits participating attorneys to decline a case
for any reason other than discounted fees and may limit their practice
areas.
INFORMATION FOR ATTORNEYS
Legal Eagle provides quality legal
referral service nationwide to planmember attorneys. We provide
referrals while you contract with Legal Eagle to provide legal services
to our members while adhering to a standard fee schedule.
Legal Eagle planmember attorneys have an average of 19.4 years of
experience in the legal field. As a planmember attorney, new clientele
will keep your offices and staff busy!
Legal Eagle helps to build your practice by:
1. Providing contingency based referrals
2. Absorbing the cost of marketing your firm
3. Increasing your client flow and office productivity
4. Providing referrals from other attorneys in your area
Legal Eagle planmember attorneys are
required to maintain the following:
1. $100,000 per incident/$300,000 aggregate professional
liability insurance or at least the state-mandated minimums
(furnishing us with a certificate)
2. Agree to provide legal services to Planmembers of Legal
Eagle while adhering to the most recent fee schedule,
“Planmember Guidebook”, as published by Legal Eagle
3. Maintain an office for the practice of law and be
regularly engaged in the practice of law in their state |
