Affordable Legal Eagles Are Everywhere
Legal Eagle's international network of 22,000 professional managed
attorneys average 19.4 years of experience. All attorneys in our plan
must provide us with a certificate of liability insurance, regardless
of state requirements, be in good standing with their respective state
bar, have a law office in their respective state, carry a "Courtesy
Rating" of "B" or better and if listed in Martindale-Hubbell,
must have a rating of "BV" or better. Legal Eagles also
files quarterly background disciplinary report with each state's attorney
disciplinary department.
Every three months, background checks and courtesy ratings are done
along with mandatory quarterly surveys confirm the accuracy of our
database and knowledge of the plan. Above all of this, we answer to
our members. Documentation is kept of any problems that may arise
with a particular attorney and can lead to expulsion from our network
of attorneys.
Our attorneys provide Legal Eagle members with 9 free services, give
members a 10% discount on all contingency based cases, charge a one-time
fee for 8 commonly used legal services and charge a maximum of $75.00
per hour for any extended legal care. This discounted fee schedule
is provided for the attorneys to follow, which leads them to member
referrals, ultimately giving you, the customer, top quality legal
service.

insurance company or financial institution therefore we are able to
offer legal plans with services without limitations, claims or red
tape. Becoming a member of our national network gives you the same
benefits offered in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
and China. Our plan attorneys are at your disposal anywhere in the
country, as often as necessary, in any area of law available.
Once you become a member, you are immediately assigned an attorney
based on language spoken, area of law needed, and geographical location.
A welcome package will also be sent to you. Any further attorney information
regarding assignments or reassignments will be available through a
toll free number over the phone. |
