My wedding photography focuses on the subtle special moments that take
place on your wedding day. I think that the best wedding photographs
come from me blending in and documenting the events as they unfold,
people as they are engaged, and finding creative approaches to the details.
This being said, I think that it is important that the photographer
does not take over and try to run the ceremony. Unless you want formal
portraits, when formal portrait time comes, I am perfectly comfortable
directing and producing all the portraits you desire in a very efficient
time frame, so you can get back to your guests, and enjoy your wedding
day.
I use a mix of medium format, and high resolution digital capture for
wedding photography. I take pride in getting to know the couple before
the wedding and this gives me a feel for what equipment and style will
best meet your needs. Your budget is also a realistic concern, after
meeting with you, we can determine the best package for your wedding
pictures. Packages typically run between $1600-$2500 dollars. This is
