Media Production Questions

How much do you charge?

Photography is charged a production fee per day including post-production and licensing fees for digital marketing, promotion, and print collateral.

Video productions are quoted by the project, and we lock in quoted hourly rates per skill required, so you can budget as the project changes.

What if I need to cancel my project?

We try to make it easy. Generally the hard costs are fixed and we return a percentage of fees based on the length of project and time of cancellation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept ACH bank transfers, credit cards, and checks. The best payment method depends on how fast you want to get started, or how soon you need to finish.

How many people do you work with?

My company works with a international network of talented partners. Project teams scale to meet the talent requirement, budget realities, and timeline for completion.

Do you charge weather, on site, or security delays?

Yes, we charge actual expenses plus 40% of our normal production day fees for weather holds, onsite changes, or security clearance changes.

What do I have to do?

Once our production agreement is signed and the pre-production deposit is received just relax. For onsite productions, make sure electricity service is on, and that any security clearance for our team is completed in advance.

How do you deliver?

Ontime or earlier! Our final deliverable is normally digital media assets. We deliver these by dedicated FTP or within our hosted project management environment. If we can drop off a hard drive and share a cup of coffee with you that’s even better.
